With all foam cow beds, there is a fine balance between softness & durability.  The softer the foam, the shorter the life expectancy of the bed.  The harder the foam, the comfort levels drops but the life expectancy is extended. After years of experimentation and testing, BEL Soft Bed uses the right density foam to keep optimum comfort and durability.

Moulded edges prevent ingress of dirt/liquid making the bed more hygienic.  This also creates a run off to prevent puddling on the mat surface.
